‘Boys will be boys,’ because our parents would rather make a nonsensical sexist statement about a gender, than teach them differently.
Teach those boys about consent. About how they aren’t entitled to someone else’s body. Tell them if a dog understands the word ‘no’ they should be able to.
Consent isn’t valid if they’re a child, if they’re drunk, if they’re forced into it. Consent isn’t consent if they’re not sure. Consent isn’t implied by their clothes. Consent isn’t them staying silent.
Consent isn’t based off how close you are to the person. How much time you’ve spent on them. How much money you’ve spent on them.
If Lucifer needs permission to enter someone’s body, then so do they.

I love that you brought up the concept of the devil needing consent. I’ve done research on representations of possession horror movies, and –EVERY–SINGLE–ONE is a woman being possessed by a blatantly male demon, or the devil “him”self.
Point being, SO much yes to all of this.
